Ray Mears Northern Wilderness
BBC Two
The Northern Wilderness theme is David's latest arrangement of the original music from Ray Mears World of Survival. It was first broadcast in 1997 with "The Arctic", and ended in 1998. It would be followed by Extreme Survival. Ray himself asked for the theme to be brought back in his “Walkabout” series.
Fossil Detectives
This series for BBC 4 and BBC 2 travelled across Great Britain to uncover and explore fossil sites. It was produced for the Open University. David's music featured the BBC Singers.
Ray Mears World Of Survival
Ray Mears “World of Survival” series was first broadcast in 1997. It was followed by "Extreme Survival". Ray asked for David’s theme to be brought back in his “Wild Food”, “Walkabout” and "Northern Wilderness" series.
Missing
BBC One
This drama series is set in a missing persons unit, and stars Pauline Quirke. The first five episodes aired on BBC One in 2009, with a second series of ten episodes airing in 2010. David’s sensitive score was an important part of each programme. He also wrote the title theme

ITV's Evacuees Reunited told the stories of fifteen World War Two evacuees, as they attempted to retrace their steps of nearly seventy years ago. It was presented by Michael Aspel.
Guilty Pleasures

Guilty Pleasures was a Saturday night entertainment
show for ITV1. The show celebrated the music the nation secretly loves, with contemporary pop artists performing their favourite pop songs. David wrote the theme with Simon Darlow, as a pastiche of 70’s glam rock.
Jeremy Clarkson's Extreme Machines
A six-part documentary series, originally broadcast on BBC Two, and focusing on presenter Jeremy Clarkson, testing out a series of cars, jet planes and powerboats.
Jeremy Clarkson's Motorworld
Another Series from Jeremy Clarkson about the car and motoring cultures around the world. Each episode focused on a different country or region, including one for the UK. David’s music reflected the journey through the different cultures in each show.
Really Wild Show
This wildlife show for children was broadcast by the BBC from 1986 to 2006. David wrote several themes for the show during its run, this was the latest version.
Essential Poems
BBC Two
In Essential Poems, writer Daisy Goodwin lead viewers on a poetic journey through the ups and downs of love.
Filmed as mini-dramas in contemporary locations, the poems accompanied by David’s music, were recited by actors and celebrities, including Alison Steadman, Christopher Lee, Damian Lewis, Amanda Holden and Prunella Scales.
